هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء على الحياة الاجتماعية في مدنية القدس خلالالفترة الممتدة من (1112-1164هـ / 1700-1750م) من خلال سجلاّت محكمة القدس الشرعية لهذه الفترة، حيث تناولت لمحة جغرافية وتاريخية عن المدينة، وتحليل لمصادر ومراجع الدراسة، والتعرّف على التقسيمات السكانيّة والدينيّة، والعلاقات بين السكّان، وأهم العناصر الوافدة إلى المدينة، وعرضت الدراسة المظاهر العمرانيّة في المدينة وما طرأ عليها من تجديد وترميم، وما اندثر منها، ثمّ بيّنت الدراسة الأوضاع التعليمية والصحية للمدينة، وقد أُرفق بالدراسة مجموعة من الجداول، والإحصائيات التوضحية.
Abstract
The history of social life in area Jerusalem in the first half of the twelfth century AH/ the eighteenth century
(1112-1164 AH/ 1700-1750 AD )

This study aimed to shed light on the social life in the city of Jerusalem during the period (1112-1164 AH / 1700-1750 AD) based on the records of the ligitmate Court of Jerusalem for this period, in which I addressed an overview about the geography and history ot the city, and an analysis of the sources and references of the study, as well as identifying the divisions of population, in addition to the religious divisions. I also identified the relationships between the population and the most important elements flowing into the city. The study introduced the features of architecture as well as the renovation and restoration that took place in the city, in addition to the urban features that disappeared. Then, study showed the situation of education and health of the city . The study was attached with a set of tables, and illustrative statistics.
