هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر جودة الخدمات البنكية الإلكترونية في أداء العاملين لدى البنوك العاملة بمحافظة الكرك, حيث تكون مجتمع الدراسة من العاملين في هذه البنوك والبالغ عددهم (240) موظف وموظفة, ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطو

ير إستبانة لغايات الدراسة وتوزيعها على عينة عشوائية بسيطة بلغ حجمها (148) عاملا من العاملين في البنوك بمحافظة الكرك، وتم توزيع الاستبانات واسترجاع ما مجموعه (142) استبانة صالحة للتحليل, وقد تم الاعتماد على الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة باستخدام الرزمة الاحصائية الاجتماعية SPSS  بغرض الوصول إلى النتائج، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية:

أن المتوسط الحسابي العام لتصورات العاملين في البنوك العاملة بمحافظة الكرك نحو جودة الخدمات البنكية الإلكترونية (البنية التحتية, المصداقية, الالتزام، التعاطف/ المجاملة, الاستجابة، الأمان، سهولة الاستخدام) قد جاء مرتفعا, وجاء المتوسط الحسابي لتصورات العاملين نحو مستوى الأداء أيضا مرتفعا. وبينت النتائج وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α≤0.05) لجميع أبعاد جودة الخدمات البنكية الإلكترونية (البنية التحتية، المصداقية، الالتزام، التعاطف/المجاملة، الاستجابة، الأمان، سهولة الاستخدام) في أداء العاملين في البنوك بمحافظة الكرك، حيث احتل بعد الأمان المرتبة الأولى ثم تلاه بعد البنية التحتية. ووجود علاقة طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين جودة الخدمات البنكية الإلكترونية بأبعادها (البنية التحتية، المصداقية, الالتزام, التعاطف/ المجاملة, الاستجابة، الأمان، سهولة الاستخدام) وأداء العاملين في البنوك بمحافظة الكرك.

وقد قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها: العمل على مواكبة التطور والتحديث في مجال تطبيقات الخدمات الإلكترونية والإستفادة من تجارب الدول الرائدة في هذا المجال. وتكثيف برامج التدريب لتطوير مهارات كافة الموظفين العاملين في البنوك على كيفية استخدام تطبيقات الخدمات الإلكترونية بشكل فعال. إجراء مزيدا من الدراسات العلمية التي تتناول أبعاد أخرى من أبعاد جودة الخدمات الإلكترونية مثل الكفاءة، التصميم، الاعتمادية، او  تطبيقها على مجتمعات أخرى.


Abstract
The Impact of Electronic Services Quality in the Employees' Performance
at the Banks in Al-Karak City (A Field Study)

This study aimed to identify the impact of electronic banking services quality in the employees performance in the banks of Al-karak governorate. the population of the study consisted of (240) employees who working in the banks of al-karak governorate, In order to achieve the study's aims، a questionnaire was developed and distributed to random sample consisting of (148) employees، the questionnaires were distributed، and retrieve، a total of (142) questionnaires were valid to the analysis. The study using the appropriate statistical measures ( social statistical package، SPSS) to analyze the data، the study revealed the following findings:

1.The perception of the respondents was high for the independent variable, E banking-services quality (infrastructure، credibility، commitment، response، empathy/courtesy، ease of use، safety), and also for dependent variable (employees performance) was high.

2.There was a significant impact for the independent variable، E- banking service(infrastructure، credibility، commitment، response، empathy/courtesy، ease of use، safety) at the level of (α≤0.05) on the employees performance.

3.There was a positive relationship statistically significant between E- banking services quality (infrastructure، credibility، commitment، response، empathy/courtesy، ease of use، safety) and the employees performance in the banks of Al-karak governorate.

According to the objectives and results of the study، the researcher recommended the following recommendations:

1.Work to keep pace with development and modernization in the field of E-services، and benefit from the experiences of leading countries in this field.

2.Intensify training programs to develop the skills of all employees in the banks، to help them on how to use the applications of e-service effectively.

3.Conduct further studies to address other dimensions of electronic service quality, such as  efficiency, reliability, design, or conduct the study on other populations.
