الملخص
القيادة والجندية في ضوء القرآن الكريم – دراسة موضوعية

تناول البحث موضوعًا اجتماعيًا غاية في الأهمية, ضرورة كون الإنسان لا ينفك إما أن يكون قائدًا أو جنديًا, وكل منهما محتاج إلى الضوابط والقواعد التي تحدد مساره وتهديه إلى الطريق الصحيح.
إظهار شمولية القرآن الكريم لجميع جوانب الحياة, سواء منها الخاصة أو العامة, وسواء منها الاجتماعية أو السياسية أو الدينية أو غيرها, مع ما أظهره البحث من ضرورة الحديث عن القيادة والجندية وطرق موضوعهما وتجلية ما خفي مما يتعلق بهما. وتتلخص مشكلة الدراسة في الإجابة على حقيقة دور القرآن الكريم في مرحلتيه: المكية والمدنية في عرض الأسس والقواعد التي بني عليها أمر القيادة والجندية, ومدى تناوله لهذا الجانب الاجتماعي من حياة الناس من حيث العموم والخصوص, والإطلاق والتقييد, أو الإجمال والتفصيل, ومدى تقعيد القرآن الكريم القواعد لكل منهما, أو الاقتصار على الحكاية عن الغابرين ممن تميزوا بالقيادة أو اشتهروا بها, وقد تكفلت فصول البحث بالإجابة على هذه التساؤلات, موضحة الجوانب التي أسهب فيها, والمواطن التي أجمل فيها.
اعتمد الباحث في دراسته على منهجين رئيسين: المنهج الاستقرائي والمنهج التحليلي
وقد خلص الباحث من خلال الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: أن القرآن الكريم تناول الحديث عن القيادة والجندية بموضوعية, فقد أسهب في مقام, وأوجز حيث يلائم الإيجاز, وعمم وخصص في كل مناسبة بما يليق معها. كان أهم ما أوصى به الباحث في دراسته هو أن تتوالى الدراسات القرآنية في تناول الشخصيات القيادية التي عرض لها القرآن الكريم بشيء من الإسهاب من خلال اعتبار النماذج التي عرض لها القرآن الكريم في نوعي القيادة الخيرة والشريرة, بحيث يكون ما تحدث عنه القرآن في هذا الجانب دستوراً للصالحين وعبرة للطغاة والظالمين.

The problem for the study to answer the fact that the role of the Holy Quran in phases: Meccan and civil rights in the presentation of the principles and rules on which it is leadership and soldiering, and the eating of this social aspect of people's lives in terms of the general and particular, and all the restrictions, or the aggregate and detail, and the extent of the social market Koran rules for each of them, or merely the tale for those who stayed behind were distinguished leadership or they are famous, has sponsored classes Find the answer to these questions, pointing out aspects that dwell on them , and the citizens that the most beautiful.
The researcher in the study relied on two approaches presidents

It was concluded by the researcher to study the following results: that the Koran eating to talk about leadership and soldiering objectively , they dwell in the denominator , and outlined the terms of brevity fits , and circulated allocated on each occasion as befits her.
The most important recommended by the researcher in the study is that, following Quranic studies in dealing with leading figures which show her the Koran at some length by considering models that show them the Koran in a qualitative leadership of good and evil, so that he talked about the Koran in this constitution to the good side and a lesson for tyrants and oppressors .
