There was a significant effect of all external environment forces dimensions and of all internal environment forces dimensions too.

Significant differences in conception subjects, for dependent and independent variables are attributed to the demographic variables.

With reference to these results, a model of the strategic management processes and its relation to the environment was emerged for a comprehensive concept of the strategic management.

The study recommended that the progress research and development shouldn't be done in the strategic management stage but should be done in all stages of the strategic management processes.
