In this thesis we discuss the Ring of Hurwitz Series. We give some proofs of theorems and lemma’s related to the topic. The main topic is to compare the rings of Hurwitz series with the ring of formal power series. Moreover, we discuss the ideal structure of Hurwitz Series Rings.
