Abstract
On Neat Rings

In this thesis we introduce Neat rings and give basic properties of these rings. We give some equivalent conditions that characterize these rings.
Then we explain the relationship between Neat rings and some special types of rings.
Finally, we study -rings, and give some important properties of these rings. Then we prove our main result that a Neat ring is a -ring.
