دور الشركات المتعددة الجنسيات في الدول النامية

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحقيق مجموعة من الأهداف، تتمثل في متابعة تعاظم دور الشركات المتعددة الجنسيات في الدول النامية, وكيف استطاعة الآليات المستخدمة من قبل هذه الشركات أن تؤثر تأثيرا كبيرا على الدول النامية في المجالات الاقتصادية والسياسية والاجتماعية والثقافية، وإبراز طبيعة هذا الدور وباستخدام المنهجين؛ المنهج التاريخي والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي، لاثبات النظريات والوصول للقواعد العامة، والذي يهدف إلى استخلاص نتائج وقواعد علمية عامة والتي تحيط بعلاقات الدول مع بعضها البعض.
فقد بينت الدراسة ان الشركات المتعددة الجنسيات انها باتت تشكل اليوم القوة المحركة في النظام الاقتصادي العالمي نتيجة تحكمها بالموارد الطبيعية الكبيرة وسيطرتها على أهم النشاطات الاقتصادية في العالم, وأيضا قوة كبيرة في الاقتصاد العالمي اليوم من خلال امتلاكها شبكة معقدة من البنى المؤسسية والتنظيمية من خلال ممارستها لعملها الواسع الذي يمتد إلى اغلب دول العالم.
ان الشركات المتعددة الجنسيات أصبحت تستحوذ على أكثر من ثلاثة أرباع التكنولوجيا والاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر المتدفق على صعيد العالمي, إذ تشهد تطور كبير في عددها وفروعها ونشاطاتها وإيراداتها حتى بلغت مبيعاتها تقدر بمليارات الدولارات بحكم امتلاكها لرؤوس الأموال الضخمة والإمكانيات الكبيرة والمتطورة تكنولوجيا, مما يساعدها على تحقيق أعلى ربح ممكن، والذي يعود سلباً على الدول النامية.

The role of multinational companies in developing countries

This study aims to achieve a set of goals, is to represented in following on the growing role of multinational corporations in developing countries, and how the capacity of the mechanisms used by these companies to significantly affect the developing countries in the economic, political, social and cultural fields, and to highlight the nature of this role and using two approaches; the historical method and descriptive analytical method, to prove theories and access to the general rules, which aims to draw conclusions scientific bases and public relations surrounding states with each other.
The study showed the following: The multinational companies today have become a driving force in the global economic system as a result governed by large natural resources and control over the most important economic activities in the world. Multinational companies have become a major force in today's global economy through ownership of a complex network of institutional and organizational structures through the exercise of its broad, which extends to most of the countries of the world..Multinational companies account for more than three quarters of technology and foreign direct investment flowing on a global level.
Multinational companies experiencing significant evolution in the number and its subsidiaries and its activities, and its revenue even with sales estimated to millions of dollars by virtue of ownership of the heads of the big money and big advanced technology and capabilities. multinational companies looking for their targets how to become the higher benefit for them, while in the same time leave a negative effect on the growing countries
