الملخص
العلاقات الروسية الأمريكية في الفترة الرئاسية الثالثة
للرئيس" فلاديمير بوتين " 2012-2014م

هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على أسس ومحددات العلاقات الروسية الأمريكية في ولاية بوتين للحقبة2012-2014م، وكذلك التعرف على أهمية مجالات العلاقات بينهما.
وباستخدام المنهجين, الوصفي التحليلي والتاريخي فقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج ذات الأهمية في منظومة العلاقات الروسية الأمريكية في ولاية بوتين:
أولا: لقد شكل العامل الجغرافي محددا مهما ومؤثرا في سير العلاقات بين الدولتين، إضافة لعامل الأمن الذي لعب دورا مهما في العلاقات ما بين الدولتين لحماية مصالحها بداية، ثم التعاون في مكافحة الإرهاب والتهديد بعد أحداث الحادي عشر من سبتمبر 2001م.
ثانيا: لعب العامل الاقتصادي الجزء الأساسي والمهم في عملية التعاون المشترك والتحسن الكبير الذي طرأ على العلاقات الروسية الأمريكية، وبخاصة في الألفية الثالثة.
ثالثا: تبين خلال هذه الحقبة ظهور رموز قيادية جديدة ساهمت من خلال سياستها الحديثة في تطور العلاقات وبناء أهداف إستراتيجية حديثة بناء على العلاقات الثنائية في كافة المجالات والمستويات ومن أهمها (الاقتصادية، الأمنية، السياسية).
رابعاً: إنه من المصالح الكبرى لكلا الدولتين ضرورة تعميق علاقاتهما في شتى المجالات منعاً للتدخلات الإقليمية والدولية.

Russian-American relations in the third presidential term "vladimir putin" 2012-2014

This study aimed to identify the determinants of the relations between Russia and USA for the period 2012-2014, as well as to identify important areas of relations between them.
By using historical and descriptive method to identify the relations between Russia and USA during president Putin the study shows;
first: the importance of the geographical factor as a hub "important"and moving "in the conduct of relations between the two countries, in addition to the factor of security that the form is the other role"important "in the stand the two countries to protect their interests.
Second, significant impact emerged in the system factors and the key pillars identified internally" and externally, "and played the economic factor the basic and important in the process of joint cooperation and the substantial improvement of relations between Russia and USA.
Third, contributed through its modern development of relations and building the strategic objectives of modern build on the bilateral relations in all fields and levels and the most important (economic, security, political.
Fourth, the two countries have to deep their cooperations to achieve their interests far away from the regional problems.
