الملخص
السياسة الخارجية الأردنية تجاه قضايا الشرق الأوسط
2010-2014

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحقيق مجموعة من الأهداف، تتمثل في تتبع التطور السياسة الخارجية الأردنية تجاه قضايا الشرق الأوسط خلال الحقبة 2010-2014، والبحث في أسس ومرتكزات ومحددات ومجالات هذه السياسة، وإبراز طبيعة هذه السياسة وباستخدام المنهجين؛ المنهج التاريخي والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي، لاثبات النظريات والوصول للقواعد العامة، والذي يهدف إلى استخلاص نتائج وقواعد علمية عامة والتي تحيط بعلاقات الدول مع بعضها البعض.
فقد بينت الدراسة ما يلي:
أولاً؛ تشكل العلاقات الأردنية العربية واحدة من أبرز العلاقات التي شهدتها التفاعلات العربية خلال حقبة الدراسة 2010-2014م، ذلك أن هذه العلاقات سادها نوع من التوازن والتحسن والتطور الملحوظ.
ثانياً؛ وجود تأثير واضح لمجموعة من المحددات والعوامل الداخلية والخارجية، الإقليمية والدولية، أدت إلى تطور السياسة الخارجية الأردنية، وأن العامل الاقتصادي كان أهم مؤثر في السياسة الخارجية الأردنية على المستويات السياسية والاقتصادية والأمنية خلال تلك الحقبة.
ثالثاً؛ ركزت الدراسة على اتجاهات السياسة الخارجية الأردنية على القضية الفلسطنية وعمق العلاقة بين الشعبين الفلسطيني والاردني وانتماء كلا الشعبين الى قضايا الامة العربية المشتركة، ووقوفهم في وجه كل من تسول له نفسه المساح بكرامة الامة ومقدساتها، وتوصلت الدراسة الى قوة الروابط والوشائج بين الشعبين، ومحبة الهاشميين لتوحيد الصف العربي وحمايتهم للمقدسات الاسلامية في فلسطين المحتلة من خلال المحافظة على المباني الاسلامية في فلسطين بشكل عام، والقدس الشريف بوجه خاص. والدفاع عن المقدسات وعن القضية الفلسطينية في كل المحافل الدولية.
Abstract
Jordan's foreign policy toward the Middle East issues
2010-2014
This study aims to achieve a set of goals, is to trace the development of Jordan's foreign policy toward the Middle East issues during the period 2010-2014, and research in the foundations and pillars and determinants of these areas of policy, and to highlight the nature of these this policy and using two approaches; the historical method and descriptive analytical method, to prove theories and accessible to the general rules, which aims to draw conclusions and rules of general scientific and surrounding states relations with each other.
The study showed the following:
First; Arab Jordanian relations constitute one of the most prominent Arab relations witnessed interactions during the era of the study 2010-2014m, so that these relations was overwhelmed by a sense of balance and remarkable improvement and development.
Secondly; there is a clear effect of a set of parameters and internal and external factors, regional and international, led to the development of Jordan's foreign policy, and that the economic factor was the most influential in the Jordanian foreign policy on the political, economic and security levels during that era.
Thirdly; study focused on Jordan's foreign policy on the issue and depth of the relationship between the Palestinian and Jordanian affiliation peoples trends both peoples to the joint Arab nation's issues, and would stand in the face of all tempted to surveyor dignity of the nation and its holy sites, the study found the power of links and ties between the two peoples, and love Hashemites to unify Arab ranks and protect Islamic holy sites in the occupied Palestine, by maintaining the Islamic buildings in Palestine in general, and Jerusalem in particular. And the defense of the holy sites and the Palestinian issue in all international forums.
