الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وجرائم الحرب دراسة حالة العراق 2003- 2013

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على سلوك الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية في حربها ضد العراق، في الفترة ما بين( 2003-2013)، وما هي جرائم الحرب التي ارتكبتها الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية في العراق منذ بداية الحرب على الأراضي العراقية.
وتوضح هذه الدراسة مفهوم جرائم الحرب من منظور القانون الدولي، والخلفية التاريخية للأزمة العراقية، وموقف القانون الدولي من كل جريمة منها على حدا.
وتناولت هذه الدراسة أهم الجرائم التي ارتكبتها الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية في العراق بشكل مجزئ، وموقف القانون الدولي بشكل عام من كل جريمة منها.
وأشارت الدراسة إلى أبرز التأثيرات التي خلفتها تلك الجرائم على الأراضي العراقية والشعب العراقي المنكوب خلال فترة الاحتلال الأمريكي منذ عام 2003-2013.
ولقد اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على منهجي: الوصفي والتحليلي ونظرية اتخاذ القرارات الخارجية لبيان المتغيرات المؤثرة على الدولة العراقية، حيث أن جرائم الحرب تعتبر أحد قرارات الدولة سواء أكانت تلك المتغيرات متعلقة بالبيئة الخارجية أو البيئة الداخلية.
وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية كانت قد مارست القوة المفرطة في احتلالها للعراق، وارتكابها لجرائم ضد الإنسانية، كما ورد في فصول الدراسة.

The aim of this study was to investigate the behavior of the United States in is war against Iraq, in the period between 2003-2013, and what are the war crimes that have been committed by the U.S in Iraqi territory.
The study demonstrates the concept of war crimes from the perspective of international law, and the historical background of the Iraqi crisis are the war crimes this study addressed the most important crimes committed by the U.S in Iraq and the perspective of the international law of all crimes in general.
How ever pointed out that the most effects left by those crimes on the territory of Iraq, and lraqi people during the occupation of Iraq 2003-2013. This study depends on two systematic: descriptive and analytical approaches to discripe and analyses the war crimes commeted by the U.S in Iraq. The diction making theory have been used in this study , where that war crimes are considered one of the decision of the state, where those variables related to the external environment or the internal environment.
The study concluded that their was a war crime has been systematically practiced by the U.S against The Iraq people.
