الدبلوماسية ودورها في الثورات العربية
" الثورة السورية حالةً دراسيةً"

بحثت هذه الدراسة في دور الدبلوماسية في الثورات العربية متخذة من الثورة السورية "دراسة حالة" على اعتبارها, ثورة مستمر ومفتوحة على كل الاحتمالات, وقد أتَّبعت هذه الدراسة منهجيه خاصه معتمدة المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التاريخي ومنهج دراسة الحالة .
تناولت الدراسة أصول الدبلوماسية وقواعد العمل الدبلوماسي من حيث تتبع تاريخها الحديث وأنواعها ووظائفها ومصادرها القانونية.
كما بحثت الدراسة في الثورات العربية, التي عصفت في المنطقة نهاية العام 2010,ولازالت المنطقة تعاني تبعاتها, وتعيش أسوأ فصولها, مع تباين الموقف الدولي, وكثرة الفاعلين, ودخول فاعلين جدد في مسرح أحداثها, متناولة هذه الثورة من حيث الخلفية والدوافع والمواقف الدولية.
في فصلها الأخير سلطت الضوء على الثورة السورية ودور الدبلوماسية فيها "كحالة دراسية" وواقع مُعاش, وثورة غير منتهيه وبحثت في دور جامعة الدول العربية, كمظلة للأمن القومي العربي والأمم المتحدة كمظلة للأمن الجماعي.
قد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الدبلوماسية على أهميتها لم ترقى إلى المستوى المطلوب, مع غياب الدبلوماسية الوقائية, وانحصارها بالدبلوماسية العلاجية, كدبلوماسية أزمات ومواقف دولية. والتي غلب عليها مصالح صناع القرار الدولي والبحث عن أدوار.

This study examined the role of diplomacy in the Arab revolutions taken from Syrian Revolution "case study" on the mind, the revolution continuously and open to all possibilities. This study has followed a systematic accredited private descriptive approach and historical methodology and the methodology of the case study. The study examined the origins of the diplomatic and business rules in terms of diplomatic trace its modern history, types, functions and legal sources.
The study looked at the Arab revolutions , which ravaged the region's year-end 2010 , and still the region to suffer the consequences and live isogenic chapters, with a variation of the international situation and the large number of actors, and the entry of new players in the theater of events, addressing this revolution in terms of the background and motivations, attitudes International.
In the final chapter highlighted the Syrian revolution and the role of diplomacy in which "case study" and the reality of the pension, and the revolution is not terminated. And looked at the role of League of Arab States, as a representative to Arab national security. The United Nations, as a representative of collective security.
The study concluded that the significance diplomacy did not live up to the desired level, with the absence of preventive diplomacy, diplomacy and limited only therapeutic, diplomat crises and international positions. Which is dominated by the interests of the international decision-makers and the search for the roles.
