البعد الأمني في السياسة الخارجيّة الأردنيّة2010 - 2015

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على جهود السياسيّة الخارجيّة للمملكة الأردنيّة الهاشميّة من خلال سعيها بالمحافظة على الأمن الوطني الأردني بأبعاده المتعددة الأمنيّة والاقتصاديّة والاجتماعيّة والفكريّة والسياسيّة، وتحصينه من تداعيات حالة الانفلات الأمني وعدم الاستقرار التي شهدتها كل من سوريا والعراق منذ عام 2010 ولغاية 2015، وتنامي ظاهرة الإرهاب بتنظيماته المختلفة التي تحاول التمدد الجغرافي والفكري إلى العديد من الدول والتي من بينها الأردن، بعد سيطرتها على مساحات واسعة من الأراضي السوريّة والعراقيّة.
اعتمدت الدراسة على منهج اتخاذ القرار, والمنهج الوصفي لملائمتها لأغراض الدراسة، وتحقيق أهدافها والإجابة على تساؤلاتها، مع رصد جهود صانع القرار السياسي الأردني في مواجهة هذه التداعيات من خلال الخطابات السياسيّة أمام المحافل الدوليّة والإقليمية المختلفة، والإجراءات التشريعيّة والتدابير الاحترازيّة الأمنيّة والإعلاميّة التي شهدت تفاعلاً كبيراً في هذه الفترة على المستوى الداخلي والخارجي.
توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، من ضمنها أنّ السياسة الخارجيّة الأردنيّة اتّخذت مواقف متوازنة وواقعيّة في إدارتها لتلك الأزمات، وحدّت من محاولات التأثير على الأمن الوطني الأردني من خلال إدراكها لأهميّة المصالح الوطنيّة الأردنيّة العليا، وسلكت مسلكاً سياسياً وعسكرياً يتماشى مع تحقيق هذه المصالح، كالمشاركة في الجهود الدوليّة في مكافحة الإرهاب نتيجةً لتعرّضها لتهديدات عديدة ومتنوعة من هذه التنظيمات الإرهابيّة، والسعي لحل تلك الأزمات بالطرق السلميّة وبما يكفل الأمن والاستقرار للجميع.
Abstract
Jordanian security dimension in foreigon policy

The study aimed to identify the foreign policy of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan's efforts during its quests to preserve the Jordanian National Security multiple security, economic, social, intellectual and political dimensions and protect it from the repercussions of the state of security chaos and instability witnessed by all Syria and Iraq since 2010 to 2015 with the impact of the growing terrorism that are trying to geographical and intellectual stretch to many countries, including Jordan, which after its control over large areas of the Syrian and Iraqi territories.
The study depended on the approach to decision-making, descriptive approach to their appropriateness for the purposes for the study, and achieve their goals and to answer its questions, with monitoring political decision Jordanian maker's efforts in the face of these consequences through political speeches in front of international formus, legislative and security procedures and idea precautionary measures that have seen a great from this period internal, and external level.
The study found a range of results, including that of jordan's foreign policy has taken a balanced and realistic positions in the management of these crises, and limited the attempts to influence the Jordanian national supreme interests and embarked on political and military attitude is consistent with the achievement of these interests such as participation in international efforts in the fight against terrorism as a result of their exposure to the varied threats from these terrorists organizations, and to seek to resolve the crisis by peaceful, means and in order to ensure security and stability for all.
