الكنفدرالية الاردنية- الفلسطينية: بين التجاذبات الداخلية والخارجية

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الكنفدرالية الاردنية - الفلسطينية: بين التجاذبات الداخلية والخارجية، وبيان قوة العلاقة الفلسطينية الأردنية، التاريخية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية والدينية... بين الشعبين، وقد قامت الدراسة على فرضية اساسية مفادها: علاقة العوامل الداخلية والخارجية بخيار الكنفدرالية للنظام السياسي الأردني والفلسطيني في طرح مشروع الكنفدرالية.
وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على ثلاثة مناهج وهي " المنهج الوصفي ومنهج اتخاذ القرار ومنهج دراسة الحالة"، حيث استخدم المنهج التاريخي لرصد الاحداث التاريخية المفصله في تاريخ هذه العلاقة، واستخدم منهج اتخاذ القرار وذلك لانه اقرب المناهج لفهم ودراسة وتحليل العلاقات ما بين مختلف الدول في المجتمع الدولي، ومنها الفلسطينية – الأردنية.
ومنهج دراسة الحالة لاثبات النظريات والوصول للقواعد العامة، والذي يهدف إلى استخلاص نتائج وقواعد علمية عامة والتي تحيط بعلاقات الدول مع بعضها البعض.
وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى ان العلاقات الفلسطينية الأردنية اخذت شكلا جديدا بعد تخلي بريطانيا عن فلسطين في مطلع العام 1948م، واحتلالها في حرب عام 1948م، والوحدة بين البلدين في العام 1950م، وحرب عام 1967م، والتي استطاع الكيان الصهيوني من خلال هذه الحرب احتلال ما تبقى من فلسطين وبعض اجزاء من الوطن العربي.
وتؤكد الدراسة على أهمية الكنفدرالية الاردنية - الفلسطينية وذلك لعد أسباب أهمها عمق العلاقة بين الشعبين الفلسطيني والاردني وانتماء كلا الشعبين الى قضايا الامة العربية المشتركة، ووقوفهم في وجه كل من تسول له نفسه المساح بكرامة الامة ومقدساتها، وتوصلت الدراسة الى قوة الروابط والوشائج بين الشعبين، ومحبة الهاشميين لتوحيد الصف العربي وحمايتهم للمقدسات الاسلامية في فلسطين المحتلة من خلال المحافظة على المباني الاسلامية في فلسطين بشكل عام، والقدس الشريف بوجه خاص. والدفاع عن المقدسات وعن القضية الفلسطينية في كل المحافل الدولية.

This study aims to identify the Confederate Jordan - Palestine: Between tugging internal and external, and the statement of the power of the Jordanian-Palestinian relationship, historical, social, economic and religious approaches ... between the two people, The study on the basic premise that: Is there a relationship between the internal and external factors as an option to the political system Jordanian and Palestinian Confederation in the adoption of the draft.
The study adopted four approaches, those are: the historical, the decision-making, case study and the legal. The hisotrical approach was used to detect the detailed hisotrical events in this relationship, the deicsion-making approach was used as it is useful to understand and analyze the rleationships between countries in the international community especially the Palestinian- Jordanian one.
Meanwhile, the case study aproach was used to prove the theories and reach the general rule in order to conclude general scientific rules. The legal appraoch was used to analyze all legal scripts such as convetnions, and treaties endorsed between states.
The study concluded that the Palestinian- Jordanian relationship took a new dimension after Braitian gave up palestine in 1948 and being occupied in that period, unity in 1950 and the war in 1967 where the Zionists were managed to occupy the rest of the country and other parts of the Arab world.
The study confirms the importance of the Confederate Jordan - Palestinian and for several reasons the most important of the relationship between the Palestinian and Jordanian and affiliation of the two people, the depth of both people to the joint Arab nations issues, and would stand in the face of all tempted to surveyor dignity of the nation and its holy sites, the study found stronger links and ties between the two people, and love Hashemites to unify Arab ranks and protect Islamic holy sites in the occupied Palestine, by maintaining the Islamic buildings in Palestine in general, and Jerusalem in particular. And the defense of the holy sites and the Palestinian issue in all international forums.
