"دراسة تحليلية لأبعاد شخصية لاعبي أندية دوري المناصير لمحترفي كرة القدم في الأردن"

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى أبعاد شخصية لاعبي أندية دوري المناصير لمحترفي كرة القدم في الأردن تبعاً لمتغيرات الدراسة (العمر، مركز اللعب، صفة اللاعب، سنوات اللعب)، وقد تم اختيار عينة الدراسة بالطريقة العشوائية، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (214) لاعباً من اللاعبين المسجلين في سجلات الاتحاد الأردني لكرة القدم (دوري المناصير) للموسم 2012/2013 م، والبالغ عددهم (360) لاعباً، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بصورته المسحية، وقائمة فرايبورج لأبعاد الشخصية كأداة لجمع البيانات، تم استخدم الأساليب الإحصائية (المتوسطات الحسابية، الانحرافات المعيارية، تحليل التباين الأحادي، اختبار (ت)، اختبار (L.S.D).
أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن بعدي الهدوء والاكتئابية جاءا بدرجة متوسطة لدى لاعبي أندية دوري المناصير لمحترفي كرة القدم في الأردن، بينما جاءت بقية الأبعاد بدرجة متدنية، وكذلك أظهرت الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في بعد القابلية للاستثارة تعزى لمتغير النادي، ولصالح كل من نادي شباب الأردن والجزيرة والبقعة، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في بعد الهدوء تعزى لمتغير النادي، ولصالح كل من نادي ذات رأس، شباب الحسين، شباب الأردن، الفيصلي، المنشية، والبقعة.
وفي ضوء النتائج أوصت الدراسة أن تشمل تعليمات الاتحاد الأردني لكرة القدم إلزام الفرق المحترفة بوجود أخصائي للإعداد النفسي ضمن الكادر التدريبي للأندية؛ ليشرف على الجانب النفسي عند التخطيط للبرامج التدريبية للنادي، لما له من دور فعال في ترجمة الأداء الفني والمهاري بصور إيجابية فوق أرض الملعب.

The current study aimed at identifying personality dimensions of Al-Manaseer League professional Players. The study sample was randomly choosen regarding to the study variables (age, playing position, player status and years of playing), so the study ذ, standard deviations, one-way Analysis (Anova), t-test and (L.S.D Test).
The study result revealed that Al-Manaseer league players have personal dimensions such as (calm and depression) came in moderate degree, while other personal dimensions, they came with low degree. The results have also showed that there were significant statistical differences in the dimension of easily to be annoyed that attributes to clubs variable and to the favor of Jordan youth club, Aljazeera club and Baqa'a club. There also were significant statistical differences in the dimension of calm that attributes to the club's variance and to the favor of (That Rass club, Shabab Al-Hussein club, Shabab Al-Ordon club, Al-Faisali, Al-Manshyya club and Baqa'a).
In the light of the results of the study, it recommended that Jordanian Federation of Football instructions should have a professional psychological specialist among the club's training staff to oversee the psychological aspect when planning training programs for the club because of his active role in the translation of technical performance and skill in positive images on the pitch.
