هذا البحث عبارة عن تحقيق الفصلين الأولين من مخطوط الفواكه البدرية لابن الغرس,والذي يُعد من أهم كتب القضاء في المذهب الحنفي, وهو يمثل مرحلة مهمة من مراحل التطور الفقهي, ويكشف عن التأصيل والمرجعية للقضاة ويسلط الضوء على آلية تطبيق الحكم القضائي حيث قسمه إلى ستة فصول وقد حققت الفصل الأول المتعلق بالحكم والفصل الثاني المتعلق بالمحكوم به, فيسرت قراءته بإختيار الأصح من الفاظ المخطوطات المتوفرة وخرجت نصوصه وعملت له الفهارس اللازمة.
