هذه الدراسة تبحث في المسائل الطبية المستجدة المتعلقة بنواقض الوضوء، لما لهذه المستجدات من أثر على وضوء المسلم، صحة أو إبطالاً.
وتبين لي من خلال البحث أن هذه المسائل لها أصول شرعية فقهية يمكن تخريج أحكامها بناءً عليها، وتبين أن الإسلام بنصوصه الجزئية، أو أحكامه الكلية قادر على أن يستوعب أحكام المستجدات في حياة المسلمين، فمنها ما ينطبق على الإغماء، كالتخدير في العمليات الجراحية، ومنها ما ينطبق على خروج النجس من غير السبيلين، كغسيل الكلى، أو سحب عينات من الدم، أو فتحات التصريف العلاجية.
This study examines the emerging medical issues relating to Bnoaqd ablution, because of the impact of these developments on the light and Muslim, health or neutralize.
