The Impact of Knowledge Management on the Effectiveness of Administrative Decisions (Strategic, Tactical, Operational): Empirical study on the of the Service Ministries in Jordan

This study aimed at identify the impact of knowledge management on the effectiveness of administrative decision and to identify differences in the perception of respondents of Knowledge Management Dimensions and effective managerial decisions attributed to the variables (gender, age, educational qualification, administrative position, year of experience).

To achieve the objectives of this study, questionnaire was developed for data collection. The study sample was composed of (395) subjects, the statistic package for Social Science, version 16 (SPSS,16) was used to analyze the questionnaire data. The study arrived at the following result:

1- The perceptions of respondents towards the application of Knowledge management and the effectiveness of managerial decisions in the service Ministries in Jordan has come to medium degree.

2- There was a significant Statistical Impact of the extent of the application of knowledge management combined, (the technological dimension, the organizational dimension, the social dimension, the human dimension and the operational dimension) on the effectiveness of administrative decisions (strategic, tactical, operational).

3- There was no differences in the perceptions of respondents towards the implementation of knowledge management, and effectiveness of administrative decisions is attributed to (Gender, administrative position experience) And there was differences which belongs to the age a variables and educational qualification.
