العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية وعلاقتها بالتوافق الأسري والتوافق الاجتماعي لدى عينة من المتقاعدين العسكريين

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على العلاقة بين العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية والتوافق الأسري والتوافق الاجتماعي لدى عينة من المتقاعدين العسكريين. وقد تضمنت عينة الدراسة (202) تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية، ولتحقيق اهداف الدراسة تم تطوير ثلاثة مقاييس هي (العوامل الخمس الكبرى للشخصية، والتوافق الأسري، والتوافق الاجتماعي).
وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن عدم وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α ≤ 0.05) بين العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية(العصابي، الانبساطي، الانفتاحي، الموافق الضمير، الكلي) والتوافق الأسري. وإلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α ≤ 0.05) بين العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية(العصابي، الانفتاحي، الموافقة، الضمير، الكلي)، والتوافق الاجتماعي وغير دالة مع البعد الانبساطي. وأنه لا توجد فروق في درجة التوافق الأسري عند مستوى الدلالة (α=0.05) لدى عينة من المتقاعدين العسكريين باختلاف المستوى الاقتصادي. وأنه لا توجد فروق في درجة التوافق الأسري عند مستوى الدلالة (α =0.05 ) لدى عينة من المتقاعدين العسكريين باختلاف المؤهل العلمي، الرتبة العسكرية، عدد أفراد الأسرة. ويوجد فروق في درجة التوافق الاجتماعي عند مستوى الدلالة (α = 0.05 ) لدى عينة من المتقاعدين العسكريين باختلاف المستوى الاقتصادي حيث يتضح ان هناك فرقاً بين الفئة (180-250) والفئة (أكثر من 400) لصالح فئة (أكثر من 400). ويوجد فروق في درجة التوافق الاجتماعي عند مستوى الدلالة (α = 0.05 ) لدى عينة من المتقاعدين العسكريين باختلاف المستوى التعليمي. ولا توجد فروق في درجة التوافق الاجتماعي عند مستوى الدلالة (α = 0.05) لدى عينة من المتقاعدين العسكريين باختلاف الرتبة العسكرية، عدد افراد الأسرة.
The Big Five Personality Factors and Its relationship with the Social and family Adjustment Among A Military Retired Sample

The study aimed at investigating the relationship between the big five personality factors and Its relationship with the social and family adjustment among a military retired sample . The sample of the study consisted of 202 military retired persons To achieve the purposes of the study, three scales were developed ;the big five personality factors, social adjustment and family adjustment. The results of the study revealed; there was no statistical relationship (0.05 ≤ α) between the five big personality factors (neuroticism ,extroversion ,openness, conscientiousness,,, acceptance and total) and the family adjustment. Also, the study showed there was statistical relationship (0.05 ≤ α) between the big five Personalit factors (neuroticism ,extroversion ,openness, conscientiousness, acceptance and total) and the social adjustment. Where there was no relationship with the extroversion dimension also, there was no difference in the family adjustment (0.05 = α) among the military retired sample due to the economic level. As well as there was no difference in the family adjustment (0.05 = α) among the military retired sample due to qualification, military rank and number of family persons. The results of the study also showed that there was statistical relationship (0.05 = α) among the retired military sample due to the economical level between ( 180-250) and the level ( more than 400) in favor of the (more than 400) level. The results of the study also showed that there was a statistical relationship in the social adjustment (0.05 = α) among the retired military sample due to the educational level. As well as there was no different in the social adjustment (0.05 = α) among the military retired sample due to military rank and number of family persons.
