Abstract The Evaluation of Improved Science Textbook for the Elementary Fourth Grade According to the International quality standards,
from science Teachers Perspective in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

The study aimed at examining the evaluation of the improved science textbook for the elementary fourth grade, according to the international quality standards , from Science teachers perspective in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia. A list of the improved science textbook quality standards was prepared.
According to this list, measurement is accredited to measure the contents quality.
The study revealed the following results:
Weakness in achieving scientific research standard and its procedures.
The achieving of the rest of standards in order to: such as matter, a states, mixtures, companieds and the earth with its resources, cell structure and function. Living organisms classifications, plant kingdom, force, motion, worle, energy and simple motion, vertebrates and invertebrates animals, energy, heat its properties and conductivity, environmental systems universe and solar system components.
Based upon the study’s results researcher recommends to have further and similar studies in order to emphasize on topics percentage that belongs to the standard one, of the scientific research and its procedures. In addition, conduction studies similar to science books for all school different cycles to assure their compatibility with the international standards.
