The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of the use of  the Constructivist  Learning  Model in modifying the misconceptions of students in the eleventh grade in  Space  Geometry .

To answer the questions of the study, the researcher reconstructed the Space Geometry unit in eleventh grade Book according to constructivist learning model and diagnostic test and verified the validity  and reliability of the  study tools and  applied the pre and post diagnostic test for the two groups (the control and experimental).

The researcher followed the descriptive, analytical and quasi- experimental method. The study sample consists of (135) female students from Um Habiba General School. The  sample  is  divided into two groups: experimental  group (69) and control group (66).

The results of the study  show  the following:

1. There are several misconceptions about Space  Geometry  concepts for students of  the research sample.

2. There are statistical significant differences between the student’s  average grades in the experimental  group and the control group for the benefit of the experimental group.

The study recommended for training teachers of mathematics to use constructivist learning model in teaching,  programming  workshops to train teachers of mathematics on how to identify the misconceptions of students  before  starting  to teach  in order to modify these misconceptions
