هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى العزو السببي وعلاقته بالتفكير الخططي لدى لاعبي اندية الدرجة الممتازة لكرة الطائرة في الاردن تبعا لمتغيرات الدراسة (النادي، سنوات اللعب، وتصنيف اللاعب)، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي لملائمتة وطبيعة (% اهداف هذه الدراسة، تكونت عينة الدراسة من ( 144 ) لاعبا بنسبة بلغت ( 88.3 من مجتمع الدراسة والبالغ ( 12 ) نادي من اندية الدرجة الممتازة لكرة الطائرة في الاردن وشملت العينة ( 12 ) لاعب من كل نادي، حيث استخدم الباحث استبانة لقياس العزو السببي من خلال ( 32 ) موقف (علاوي، 1998 )، وتم بناء استبانة للتفكير الخططي من خلال ( 12 ) موقف، استخدم الباحث الاساليب الاحصائية تحليل التباين المتعدد ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة ان مستوى ابعاد العزو جاءت بدرجة متوسطة لعينة الدراسة، وجاء مستوى التفكير الخططي بدرجة مرتفعة، كما اظهرت الدراسة وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين العزو السببي والتفكير الخططي على كافة الابعاد، ويوصي الباحث ضرورة اهتمام مدربي كرة الطائرة في الاردن بالإعداد الخططي والعقلي للاعبين من اجل تطوير مستوى التفكير الخططي لدى اللاعبين للوصول للمستويات العليا.

The Causal Attribution and its Relationship with the tactical thinking among
the Players of the Premum League Clubs of volleyball in Jordan

This Study Aimed at identifying the causal Attribution and its relationship with the tactical thinking among the players of the Premier League clubs of volleyball in Jordan according to the variables of (the club, the years of playing, the player classification).
The researcher used the descriptive approach due to its compatibility and the nature of the study objectives. The study sample consisted of (144) players with a percentage of (88.3%) of the study population that consists of (12) clubs of the premum League clubs of volleyball in Jordan. The study sample consisted of (12) players from each club.
The researcher used a questionnaire to measure the causal attribution through (32) situations (Allawi, 1998).
A questionnaire was constructed for tactical thinking through (12) situations.
The researcher used statistical methods, such as multi-variant analysis and Pearson correlation coefficient. The study results showed that the level of the dimensions of attribution was of a medium degree for the study sample, and level of tactical thinking was high. The study also showed that there is a correlation between causal attribution and tactical thinking on all the dimensions. The researcher recommends that the coaches of volleyball in Jordan should pay more attention to tactical and mental preparation of the players in order to develop the level of tactical thinking among the players so as to reach the Highest levels.
