Abstract
The Usage of Repetition Techniques to Enhance Teaching English Language of 7th Grade of EFL Structure in Al- Karak District of Education

This study aimed to investigate the efficiency of using seven techniques of repetition based on the Audiolingual Method to enhance teaching English language structure of EFL 7th grade students' in Al-Karak District of Education during the first semester 2013/2014.
The study attempted to answer the research questions based on the identification of the seven techniques of repetition and their functions and then see if there is any statistical significant difference at (α≤0.05 ) in 7th grade students' in mastering the skill of structure due to the use of the seven techniques of repetition "repetition, inflection, replacement, transformation, completion, contraction, integration and the conventional method)in English language. And also see if there is statistical significant difference at (α≤0.05) on 7th grade students' in mastering English language structure that is attributed to gender.
The sample of the study consisted of (102) male and female 7th graders' (63 female students and 39 male students) who were randomly selected from King Abdullah Basic School for boys and Princess Rahma Basic School for girls . The sample of the study was assigned into two groups: the experimental group (48 male and female students'), which was taught using seven techniques of repetition and the control group (54 male and female students') which was taught using the conventional teaching methods.
The researcher constructed an achievement pre/post- test where reliability and validity of the test was ensured .
The result of the study indicated that there were significant statistical differences between the control and the experimental groups at (α≤0.05) in 7th graders' achievement scores on mastering English language structure on the post-test in favor of the experimental group and no significant statistical differences that were attributed to gender.
According to the findings of the study, the researcher recommended; providing teachers' with programs and workshops in order train them on using new techniques within the classroom and to conduct more studies on other samples and other language skills.

فعالية استخدام تقنيات التكرار لتعزير مهارة قواعد اللغة الانجليزية لدى طلبة الصف السابع في مديرية منطقة الكرك

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى استقصاء فعالية استخدام سبع تقنيات للتكرار بناء على نظريةAudiolingual Method لتدريس قواعد اللغة الانجليزية للصف السابع الأساسي في مديرية منطقة الكرك خلال الفصل الدراسي الأول للعام الدراسي 2013/2014.
حاولت الدراسة الإجابة على أسئلة البحث المبنية على تحديد التقنيات السبعة ووظائفها ومن ثم معرفة إذا كان هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في إتقان مهارة قواعد اللغة الانجليزية لدى طلبة الصف السابع بسبب استخدام تقنيات التكرار السبعة المستخدمة " التكرار، التصريف، الاستبدال ،التحويل، الإكمال، التكامل، الاختصار). وأيضا معرفة إذا كان هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مهارة إتقان قواعد اللغة الانجليزية لدى طلبة الصف السابع تعزى النوع الاجتماعي. تكونت عينة الدراسة من 102طالبا وطالبة (63 اناث و 39 ذكور) تم اختيارهم عشوائيا من مدرستي الملك عبدالله الأساسية للذكور والأميرة رحمة الأساسية للإناث. تم توزيع أفراد العينة على مجموعتين، تجريبية(48 طالبا وطالبة) حيث خضعت للتدريس باستخدام تقنيات التكرار السبعة وضابطة (54 طالبا وطالبة) حيث تم تدريسها باستخدام أساليب التدريس التقليدية. قامت الباحثة بتصميم اختبارين قبلي وبعدي لقياس التحصيل وتم التأكد من ثبات وصدق هذين الاختبارين.
أشارات نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05) في درجات تحصيل طلبة الصف السابع في مهارة إتقان قواعد اللغة الانجليزية لمصلحة المجموعة التجريبية، في حين لم تكن هناك أية فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى للنوع الاجتماعي.
طبقا لنتائج الدراسة، أوصت الباحثة بإجراء برامج وورشات عمل لتدريب المعلمين على استخدام تقنيات التكرار السبعة في الغرفة الصفية وإجراء المزيد من الدراسات على عينات أخرى ومهارات لغوية أخرى.
