Abstract

The assessment of quality electronical sites and its impact on alectronecal change coincidence regarding to employees of Jordanian ministries point view

The study aimed at recognizing the impact of the level of quality of e-government sites assessment on electronic trust in the ministries of Jordan. To achieve the aim of the study self administrated questionnaire was used to collect the data. It was developed and distributed to a study population consisted of (418) Questionnaire were distributed in, (342) out of them were found fit for statistical analysis representing a growth of (81.8%). The statistical package of social science (SPSS.16) was used to a analyze the data of the questionnaire. The most important findings of this study were the following:

1. The level of awareness of employees in the ministries toward sites quality and confidence in e-mail through the site, was highly

2. There was an impact of the sites quality dimensions in confidence in e-mail through the site, which explains ( 50.9 %) of deviation in the dependent variable (confidence in e-mail through the site).

3. There were significant differences (α≤0.05) in the perceptions of the sites quality attributed to (Gender, job level, academic qualification, and experience) variables, and significant differences exist (α≤0.05) in the perceptions of confidence in e-mail through the site attributed to (Gender, job level, academic qualification, age, and experience) variables.

The study provided a set of recommendations, including: a continued focus on the quality of the sites of e-government through the means of modern technology, and work on the development of databases to work within these ministries of Jordan and to keep channels of communication open with the beneficiaries to see how well the sites of e-government to provide better government services to them.
