هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر عناصر التحليل الاستراتيجي في إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية (الهندرة) في وزارة الداخلية الأردنية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير استبانة لغرض جمع البيانات وتوزيعها على أفراد عينة الدراسة والتي بلغ تعدادها (200) مفردة تم اختيارها بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، وقد تم استخدام الرزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) لتحليل بيانات الاستبانة، واعتمادا على المتوسطات الحسابية، وتحليل الانحدار لاختبار صلاحية النموذج وتأثير المتغيرات المستقلة على المتغيرات التابعة.
وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان من أبرزها:
1- أن درجة ممارسة أبعاد عناصر التحليل الاستراتيجي في وزارة الداخلية الأردنية جاءت مرتفعة، وأن تصورات المبحوثين حول إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية في الوزارة جاءت أيضا مرتفعة.
2- وجود أثر لدرجة ممارسة التحليل الاستراتيجي في إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية في وزارة الداخلية الأردنية.
وأوصت الدراسة على أن تبقى وزارة الداخلية الأردنية على هذا النهج من تحليل عناصر البيئة الداخلية والخارجية والذي يؤدي إلى استمرار واستقرار الوزارة ومقدرتها على مواجهة التحديات والتغييرات المستمرة، والقيام بعمليات التطوير المستمرة وإعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية بشكل يلبي خدمة العملاء.
Abstract
The impact of strategic analysis on Business Processing Reengineering
in Jordanian ministry of interior.

This study aimed at identify in the impact of analysis strategic on Business Processing Reengineering in Jordanian ministry of interior.
To achieve the goals of this study, a questionnaire was designed and developed as an instrument to collect data. A sample was chosen randomly using simple random sampling method.
The sample was (200) employees, The Statistical Package Social Science (SPSS) was used to analyze the data.
The study has reached upon the following Conclusions:
1- The results indicated that the degree of analysis strategic practices and its dimensions in Jordanian ministry of interior was high. While the employees perceptions toward the Business Processing Reengineering in Jordanian ministry of interior was also high.
2- The results indicated that there was an impact of analysis strategic practices and its dimensions on Business Processing Reengineering in ministry of interior.
The study recommended that the Jordanian ministry of interior preserve the way of analysis strategic to avoid the challenges and changes in its external and internal environment, and the Business Processing Reengineering should focus on needs of customers.
