Abstract
The degree of communication Skills Availability to Schools Principals in Tabouk
Educational District from Teachers' point of view

The study aimed to identify the degree of communication availability in schools' principals at Tabouk Educational District from the teachers' point of view.
To achieve the study goals, a questionnaire was developed to collect data, the questionnaire was distributed on the study subjects, who were teachers in Tabouk Educational District (TED), they were (426) teachers, during the second school semester of (2007/2008), to answer the study questions, means, standard deviations and (3WAY ANOVA) were computed.
The study approached a combination of results, the most important ones are:
1. The teacher perceptions toward the availability of communication skills among school principals at Tabouk educational district were medium, the reading skill came in the first order, but writing skills came in the final order.
2. The study showed no significant statistical differences at level (α ≥0.05) on communication skills availability among schools principals from the point of teacher, refer to (qualification or experience).
3. The study showed no significant statistical differences at level (α ≥0.05) on communication skills availability among schools principals from the point of teacher, refer to gender, the differences were in favour of females.
The study recommended the need to hold training courses for principals to be trained to enhance communication skills (writing skill, listening, and speaking) to bring about positive interaction with teachers and enhance the effectiveness of communication management in Tabouk educational district.
