هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف مستوى الضغوط النفسية وعلاقتها بالدافعية نحو العمل لدى المرشدين التربويين في المدارس الحكومية في محافظة الكرك, واختلافها باختلاف متغيرات النوع الاجتماعي, وسنوات الخبرة, والمؤهل العلمي، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (103) مرشداً ومرشدة في محافظة الكرك، وتحقيقاً لهدف الدراسة تم بناء استبانه تكونت من مقياسين، الأول: مقياس الضغوط النفسية، والثاني: مقياس الدافعية نحو العمل، جرى التحقق من صدقهما وثباتهما، وقد خرجت الدراسة بعدد من النتائج، من أهمها: أن مستوى الضغوط النفسية ومستوى الدافعية نحو العمل لدى المرشدين التربويين في المدارس الحكومية في محافظة الكرك جاء بدرجة متوسطة، وجاء أولاً بعد (الراتب والحافز)، يليه بعد (عبء العمل)، يليه بعد(العلاقة مع أولياء الأمور)، وأخيراً بعد (العلاقة مع الطلبة)، كما كشفت النتائج عن وجود أثر لبعد (الراتب والحافز) على الدافعية نحو العمل لدى المرشدين، إضافةً إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر النوع الاجتماعي (ما عدا بعد الراتب والحافز)، ومتغير المؤهل العلمي ومتغير سنوات الخبرة والتفاعل بينهما على مقياس الضغوط النفسية ومقياس الدافعية نحو العمل لدى المرشدين التربويين في المدارس الحكومية في محافظة الكرك. فيما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر النوع الاجتماعي في بعد (الراتب والحافز) في مقياس الضغوط النفسية لدى المرشدين في محافظة الكرك لصالح المرشدات.
وقد خرجت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات من أهمها: إعداد برامج ودورات تدريبية للمرشدين والمرشدات في كيفية التعامل مع المواقف التي تؤدي إلى حدوث ظاهرة الضغوط النفسية, وإعادة النظر في نظام الحوافز والعلاوات والرواتب المتعلقة بوظيفة المرشد التربوي.
Abstract
The psychological stresses and their relationship with motivation to work
among the counselors in the public schools in Al-Karak governorate

This study aimed at identifying the psychological stresses and their relationship with motivation to work among the counselors in the public schools in Al-Karak governorate, as well identifying its variance according to the variables of gender, years of experience and educational qualification. The study sample consisted of 103 male and female counselors in Al-Karak governorate. In order to achieve the objective of the study, a questionnaire which consisted of two scales was designed: the first is the psychological stresses scale, and the second one is the motivation to work scale; their validity and reliability were verified. The study concluded a number of results, including that: the level of the psychological stresses and their relationship with motivation to work among the counselors in public schools in Al-Karak governorate was medium, in which the dimension of (salary and incentive)
was in the first place, followed by (work load), then (the relationship with the students' parents), and finally (the relationship with the students). The results also revealed that there is an effect for the dimension of (salary and incentive) on the motivation to work among the counselors, and there are no statistically significant differences due to the impact of gender (except for the dimension of salary and incentive), and the variable of academic qualification as well as the variable of years of experience as well as the interaction between them on the scale of the psychological stresses and the scale of motivation to work among the counselors in public schools in Al-Karak governorate. While the results showed that there are statistically significant differences due to the impact of gender on the dimension (of salary and incentive) in the psychological stresses scale among the counselors in public schools in Al- Karak governorate in favor of the female counselors.
The study concluded a number of recommendations, including:
preparing programs and training courses for the male and female counselors regarding the way of dealing with the situations that lead to psychological
stresses, and rethinking in the system of the incentive bonuses and salaries for the job of the educational counselor.
