المشكلات الفنية والإدارية التي تواجه مديرات مدارس البنات الحكومية في مدينة تبوك بالمملكة العربية السعودية من وجهة نظرهن

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على المشكلات الفنية والإدارية التي تواجه مديرات مدارس البنات الحكومية في مدينة تبوك بالمملكة العربية السعودية من وجهة نظرهن. واعتمدت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي ، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع مديرات المدارس الحكومية في مدينة تبوك التعليمية للعام الدراسي2009/2010 والبالغ عددهن (123) مديرة بعد استثناء عينة الثبات . وللحصول على البيانات اللازمة تم تطوير أداتين: الأولى تناولت المشكلات الفنية ، والثانية المشكلات الإدارية. وقد تم التأكد من دلالات صدقهما وثباتهما .
ولتحليل البيانات تم حساب المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية وتحليل التباين الأحادي واختبار شفيه ومعامل ارتباط بيرسون. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة:
1. أن التقدير الكلي للمشكلات الفنية وكذلك الإدارية التي تواجه مديرات مدارس مدينة تبوك من وجهة نظرهن كان متوسطاً.
2. عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في المشكلات الفنية التي تواجه مديرات مدارس مدينة تبوك من وجهة نظرهن تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، في حين كان هناك فروقاً ذات دلالة إحصائية في المشكلات الفنية تعزى لمتغير الخبرة الإدارية لصالح ذوات الخبرة الإدارية(أقل من5 سنوات) ولمتغير مستوى المدرسة لصالح مديرات المدارس المتوسطة. كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في المشكلات الإدارية تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة.
3. أن جميع معاملات الارتباط بين درجة المشكلات الفنية ودرجة المشكلات الإدارية التي تواجه مديرات مدارس مدينة تبوك التعليمية كانت موجبة ودالة إحصائياً.
وقد أوصت الدراسة إجراء دراسات تتناول المشكلات الفنية والإدارية في مناطق تعليمية أخرى، ولمراحل دراسية متعددة، والعمل على إيجاد نظام للحوافز لاشتراك المعلمات في البرامج والدورات التدريبية فيما يتعلق بالعملية التعليمية، وإقامة لقاءات دورية بين الأهالي والمجتمع .

The present study aimed to identify the technical and administrative problems faced by managers Government schools for girls in the city of Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, from the point of their opinion. The researcher adopted a descriptive approach, and study population consisted of all public schools In the city of Tabuk education for the academic year 2009/2010 and of their number (123) after the Director of Exception sample stability. In order to obtain the necessary data have been developed two tools: The first dealt with Technical problems, and the second administrative problems.
Has been confirmed and indications for stability and honesty.
The data analysis was calculated averages, standard deviations, analysis of variance Unilateral and test sheveh and Pearson correlation coefficient.
The study results showed:
1. The total estimate for the technical problems as well as management issues facing managers of schools in the city Tabuk from the point of their opinion was average.
2. There is no statistically significant differences in the technical problems faced by school principals City Tabuk from the point of their opinion was attributed to the qualification, while there were significant differences Differences in the technical problems due to variable management expertise for the benefit of women with administrative experience (less than 5 Years) and a variable level of school for middle school principals. The results also showed non- The presence of statistically significant differences in the administrative problems due to the variables of the study.
3. All correlation coefficients between the degree of technical problems and the degree of managerial problems facing Tabuk City school principals were positive educational and statistically significant. The study recommended conducting studies on the technical and administrative problems in the areas of educational The other, and multiple stages of the study, and work to create a system of incentives for the participation of the parameters in the Training programs and courses with regard to the educational process, and the establishment of regular meetings Between parents and the community.
