درجة مشاركة معلمي المدارس الثانوية في محافظة الكرك في عملية صنع القرار وعلاقتها بالدافعية من وجهة

هدفت الدراسة تعرف درجة مشاركة معلمي المدارس الثانوية في اتخاذ القرار وعلاقتها بالدافعية من وجهة نظرهم في محافظة الكرك، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير استبانه لجمع البيانات، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة (1430) معلماً ومعلمة بواقع (830) معلمة، و(600) معلم من معلمي المرحلة الثانوية، فكانت عينة الدراسة (83 (معلمة و(60) معلماً؛ أي بنسبة (10%) من مجتمع الدراسة تم التحقق من صدق وثبات الأداة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج: إن المتوسطات الحسابية لاستجابات عينة الدراسة عن مشاركة معلمي المدارس الثانوية في اتخاذ القرار جاءت بدرجة عالية، وكذلك متوسطات دافعيتهم جاءت بدرجة عالية، وأن معلمي المدارس الثانوية يشاركون بدرجة عالية في اتخاذ القرار وأن درجة الدافعية لمعلمي المدارس الثانوية كانت عالية، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة 0.05)) بين مشاركة معلمي المدارس الثانوية في اتخاذ القرار ومستوى دافعيتهم.
وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات منها: أن تعمل وزارة التربية والتعليم على تعزيز مشاركة معلمي المدارس الثانوية في اتخاذ القرار الذي تبيَّن من خلال نتائج الدراسة مدى ارتباطه بدرجة الدافعية.

This study aimed to indentify the degree of involvement of secondary school teachers in decision-making and its relationship to motivation from their point view in Karak Governorate. In order to achieve the aims of this study questionnaire developed to collect data, and distributed to a stratified random sample. The study population consisted of (1430) principal by (600) male and (830) female, the study sample consisted of (60) male and (83) female, representing (%10) of study population. The validity and reliably of the instrument were checked, this study found a set of results, most notably:
The mean scores of the secondary school participated in high level in Decision-making, and the mean scores of their motivation were high. The secondary school Teachers participated in high light level in Decisionmaking. The motivation of school teachers was with high level. There was a statistically relationship at the level of significance (0.05) between the levels of the involvement of secondary school teacher in decision- making and its relationship to motivation. The study concluded asset of recommendations, including: of Education should work to promote Degree of involvement of secondary school teachers in decision-making, which was clear from the results of the study how it related to degree of motivation.
